How does the process work?

Step one - Send me an email, say hi, let me know what your looking for. Be as detailed as you can at this point. Let me know who it is for, when you need it, ideas of what it will look like or when it will be worn. Don't worry if you aren't too sure at this point as we can organise a call or continue communicating via email, this is so I can really understand what you are looking for. Whichever you feel more comfortable with. I'll quickly let you know if this is something I can help you with.

Step two - Once I have understood what you are looking for, I will go off and come up with some options, at no cost. I will create a proposal document explaining time frames, cost and what it will incorporate. Alongside this I will draw pictures, or use reference images to help describe as best as I can what it will look like. Showing you images of stones, what the metal will look like etc. 

Step three - Let me know what you think. If you love what we have come up with then hopefully we can take it to the next step. Something not quite how you imagined, let me know, lets have a chat and we can make alterations until its perfect. 

Step four - Want to give me the go ahead? Yay! Thank you for letting me make this vision a reality. All I need at this point is a 50% deposit of the price quoted, I will then bring your idea to life. Along the way I will give you updates and pictures of your item coming alive. 

Step five - I have finished making your beautiful new piece of jewellery, if required it's been hallmarked, which is a mark made on the item to prove that it is of a UK quality of metal. Now it can finally make its way to your hands. We can organise the delivery day and the final payment. 

How long does a bespoke piece take to make?

At minimum I would need 6 weeks to create a bespoke item. Some items could take longer depending on the complexity or nature of the materials. I would give a specific time frame once I have more of an idea what you're looking for.

How much will it cost?

Unfortunately I can't give an idea of that until I have an idea of what you specifically want. If you have a price in mind you can let me know and we can discuss if that is achievable. I have created bespoke pieces from £45 and the sky is the limit. 

Can I get my item engraved?

Yes, most items are able to be engraved. What you can have engraved depends on how much space there is on the item, as this could limit how many letters or numbers you can fit in the space. Get in touch and we can have a chat.
