Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at memorjewellery.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and time frames are stated in the product description. You will be notified when the item has been dispatched. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Bespoke orders have a longer processing time as they will be handmade to order. Shipping times vary dependent upon the item and the volume of current bespoke orders. Shipping times on average will be between 2-4 weeks. You will be notified of the specific time frame after the order. Do get in touch with any specific dates or requirements.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please do allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or if provided telephone. 

Shipping Rates

All deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail. There are 3 rates on offer.

Standard 1 is free for total orders £20 or less, the item will arrive via 1st class mail. 

Tracked 48 is £3.00, this is a tracked delivery which should arrive within 2-3 days

Special delivery is £6.00 for any order value, it is the next day delivery service by 1pm, this option insures the item. The item would need to be ordered before 12pm to make sure it can be packaged and delivered to the post office for the last posting time. (Do make sure you check availability of the item as made to orders won't be next day, they will be next day after the time frame quoted) 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, these would be out of our hands. Please note that I will not be able to investigate any 'missing' parcels until 10 workings days have passed since the date of dispatch, this is the policy of Royal Mail. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, then arrangements will be made to immediately replace the 'lost' order.

Christmas posting dates

These will be displayed as soon as Royal Mail publish their suggested posting dates.
